Igor Pavlov and Igor Entertainer in the UK: what registers and listings establish

We checked Companies House, Eventbrite, public profiles and official regulator lists: two known companies are dissolved and commercial activity is visible, but the current legal supplier, revenue, tax paid and performer immigration status are not publicly disclosed.

Igor Pavlov publicly offers hosting services and promotes events for Russian-speaking audiences in the UK and Ireland. ONLYWAY.NEWS reviewed his public profiles, ticketing pages and official records. Commercial activity is visible, but public information does not establish his current legal trading status, actual revenue, tax paid or the immigration status of performers appearing in advertised events.

This review was checked on 10 October 2026. Official records, the provider’s public claims and third-party promotional descriptions are identified separately.

Identity and trading names

A public SredoRadio page identifies him as Igor Alexandrovich Pavlov and publishes the same UK contact number and @igorpavlove handle used by his entertainment profiles.

The names Igor Entertainment and Igor Entertainer appear in promotional material. TenChat and Rutube descriptions call Pavlov an entrepreneur and the owner or founder of Igor Entertainment in the UK. These are promotional claims, not entries in a government register.

No active company with the exact name Igor Entertainment Limited or Igor Entertainer Limited was identified in Companies House as being linked to this provider. A sole trader may use a trading name without incorporating a limited company, while HMRC sole-trader registration is not public.

Companies House records

The owner of ONLYWAY.NEWS confirmed to the publication that the Companies House record for Igors PAVLOVS relates to the Igor Pavlov whose public profiles were reviewed. Companies House itself does not link the officer record to @igorpavlove, so the source of that identification is stated separately.

GLOBAL CHIC EVENTS LIMITED — company number 15448567

The company was incorporated on 28 January 2024. Igors Pavlovs was its director and person with significant control, recorded as holding at least 75% of the shares and voting rights and the right to appoint or remove directors. The company was voluntarily dissolved on 12 May 2026.

Its stated SIC activity concerned ready-made interactive leisure and entertainment software development. Incorporation alone does not establish that event-ticket sales or performers’ fees passed through this company.

IPGOVINDA LTD — company number 13528528

Igors Pavlovs was also a director and controlling person of IPGOVINDA LTD. Its stated activity was freight transport by road. The company was dissolved on 3 January 2023.

Both companies are now dissolved and cannot issue new invoices or enter new contracts. Pavlov may currently trade as a sole trader, through an agency or through another organisation, but no such current legal supplier was established from the public material reviewed.

What Eventbrite shows

The public Igor Entertainer Eventbrite profile reported 88 events over three years and approximately 3,600 total attendees — an average of about 41 attendees per event. Public listings included:

  • Last Bell 2026 in Newcastle — from £16.96;
  • Family Festival 2026 — from £38.62;
  • Muzloto and karaoke in Northampton — described as starting at £15;
  • a Hawaiian party in Limerick — from €20.

Eventbrite labels Igor Entertainer as the organiser of these pages. That confirms public event promotion, but does not disclose the legal supplier, the recipient of all ticket proceeds or Pavlov’s personal payment.

Why event numbers do not reveal tax paid

Event and attendance counts are not taxable income. Applying a single hypothetical average price to all 3,600 attendances would produce these mathematical scenarios:

Hypothetical average priceGross amount over three yearsAnnual average
£15£54,000£18,000
£20£72,000£24,000
£25£90,000£30,000

These are not established revenue figures. Events may have included free admission; an attendee is not necessarily a paid ticket; events took place in different countries and currencies; and another organiser may have owned the proceeds. Venue hire, performers, equipment, advertising, travel, refunds and platform fees may also have been paid from ticket income.

A sole trader’s tax return, SA302 and Tax Year Overview are confidential. A company’s Corporation Tax Return is also filed privately with HMRC. Micro-entity filings may omit public turnover, profit and Corporation Tax figures.

No match was identified for Igors Pavlovs, Igor Entertainer, GLOBAL CHIC EVENTS LIMITED or IPGOVINDA LTD in the published HMRC material reviewed concerning deliberate tax defaulters. Absence from such a list is not proof of full tax compliance because the list covers only specified completed cases and publication periods.

Cash payments

The publication was told that some services may have been paid in cash. No invoice, receipt, contract or other evidence of a specific transaction was supplied, so cash receipt is not presented as an established fact.

Accepting cash is lawful in the UK. HMRC requires business income to include cash, card payments, transfers, cheques and payments in kind. The payment method alone does not establish undeclared income. Verifying a transaction requires a date, amount, service and a supplier document with the customer’s personal data removed.

Promotion of other performers

Pavlov’s public pages promote events and other performers. Promotion does not by itself establish that Pavlov employs the performer, receives commission or is responsible for that person’s tax return.

Where a social-media post is produced in return for money, a gift, commission or another incentive and the advertiser controls the content, ASA guidance requires the advertising nature to be immediately clear, normally through a prominent Ad or Advert label. A tag or discount code alone may be insufficient.

Igor Pavlov was not identified in the ASA’s published list of influencers subject to enhanced monitoring for repeated failures to disclose advertising. Each post would still require its own assessment.

Performers’ right to work

Social-media profiles do not reveal a performer’s immigration status. An employer checks right to work using documents or a share code supplied by the individual. That information is not open for public searching.

Foreign citizenship, use of Russian or a cash fee do not establish illegal working. No match involving Pavlov or the two named companies was identified in the published Home Office lists of final employer penalties reviewed. No accessible court, HMRC or Home Office decision was found establishing that he arranged illegal employment.

Documents customers should request

Before paying, a customer can request:

  1. The supplier’s full legal name.
  2. A numbered invoice stating the date, service and total price.
  3. For a limited company, its exact registered name and company number.
  4. For a sole trader, the individual’s name, trading name and an address for service of legal documents.
  5. A VAT number if VAT is charged.
  6. Cancellation, refund and performer-responsibility terms.

Bank details, a UTR, a home address and customer data should not be published. A redacted invoice, contract or receipt showing the legal supplier, date, service and amount is sufficient for documentary verification.

Established and unavailable information

The public record establishes commercial promotion, event listings, selected ticket prices, Eventbrite organiser statistics and previous control of two UK companies. Both known companies are dissolved.

The current legal form behind Igor Entertainment, Eventbrite payout recipient, turnover, profit, cash receipts, tax paid, VAT registration and performers’ immigration status remain unavailable. No official public decision establishing tax misconduct or illegal employment by Pavlov was identified.
